Sienna Jackson is a seasoned impact measurement and management strategist with over 14 years of diverse experience in entertainment, social impact, and corporate social responsibility (CSR). As the founder and CEO of Zoran Creative Strategy, Sienna is committed to driving systemic change at the intersection of Cause, Culture, and Capital.
In her entertainment career, Sienna worked on multiple Academy Award and Golden Globe-nominated soundtracks with artists such as Pharrell Williams, Taylor Swift, U2, Iggy Pop, and Eminem. In 2020, she founded Zoran Creative Strategy to help mission-driven organizations develop and implement social impact strategies. Her firm specializes in impact measurement and management (IMM), strategic partnerships, and compelling brand narratives, guiding clients to create substantial impacts.
Sienna is also the CEO and Co-Founder of Nortera, a B2B subscription software that helps large enterprises manage employment litigation risk and automate HR compliance. Nortera provides leadership teams with real-time monitoring, insights, and policy recommendations to transform their organizations and validate their DEI efforts in terms of dollars and data.
Sienna serves as the Communications Committee Co-Chair for Social Value US and is an active board member of Social Value International. She is involved with AnitaB.org, the National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA), and Knock Out Abuse West. As a founding member and Secretary of The Collective Identity Mentoring, she has worked to provide psychosocial safe spaces and mentorship programs for Black girls and young women. She has also contributed to policy design for the Los Angeles Music Leaders Round Table, supporting the creative community in collaboration with Congresswoman Judy Chu.
Sienna holds an Executive MBA from UCLA Anderson. She earned her M.S. in Communications from Drexel University and graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Journalism from Pepperdine University, where she published research on historical figures such as Rashid al-Din. She holds certifications in Executive Leadership, Corporate Governance, and Executive Influence. Her academic research, "The Life and Works of Rashid al-Din: Jewish Vizier in the Mongol Ilkhanid Court," was published by Pepperdine University in 2012.
